How to pay your electricity bill and get your token
Short answer
Tap Bill payments, then Electricity. Choose your provider, enter your meter number, select a package and amount, then tap Proceed and confirm. Your token shows on your receipt right after you pay.

Open Electricity
Tap Bill payments, then Electricity.
Step 2
Pick provider and enter meter number
Select your electricity company, enter your meter number and choose a package.
Step 3
Pay and get your token
Confirm the payment. Your token is shown on the receipt, which you can share.
If something goes wrong
- Wrong meter number: double check it before you pay.
- No token showing: check your receipt in Transactions, then chat with us.
