• KnoxPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, incomplete, or suspicious information.

3. Services Provided

KnoxPay allows users to:

• Buy, sell, and exchange cryptocurrencies for Nigerian Naira (NGN).

• Transfer or withdraw funds subject to applicable transaction fees.

• Access digital wallets and related crypto-to-fiat services.

KnoxPay does not provide financial advice, investment guarantees, or operate as a bank.

4. Compliance and Verification (KYC/AML)

• KnoxPay complies with Nigerian laws and regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

• You agree to provide valid identification and any documents requested.

• Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or closure.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use KnoxPay for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal activities.

• Interfere with, hack, or misuse the Platform.

• Create multiple accounts for unlawful purposes.

• Breach any Nigerian law, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, or any applicable international law.

• KnoxPay does not guarantee profits, price stability, or future values.

• You acknowledge that you trade and hold digital assets at your own risk.

7. Fees and Charges

• Transaction fees are displayed before you confirm any trade or withdrawal.

• KnoxPay may revise fees at any time, and updated fees will apply immediately upon publication.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and technology on the Platform belong to KnoxPay.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any KnoxPay intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• KnoxPay is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Market fluctuations or trading risks.

  • Unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

  • Technical failures, downtime, or third-party errors.

• Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
